• The Tableau COE visualization specialist is responsible for partnering with NA Commercial stakeholder managers to understand business requirements, analyze commercial reporting needs and develop appropriate data visualizations reports and dashboards.
• This role is responsible to ensure quality deliverables through proper data extraction and cleansing, while employing data visualization best practices and application of strong analytical ability to bring valuable insights to business users.

• Partner with stakeholder managers to define scope and requirements for data analytics and report creation
• Advise on additional measurement solutions such as campaign effectiveness, segmentation, predictive modeling, statistical analyses, test design
• Innovate new approaches to apply data and analytics to reveal actionable insights
• Develop Tableau reports and dashboards that support analytical capabilities for data-driven decision making
• Stay up-to-date on advancements on data visualization technologies
• Apply knowledge and skills to support a Tableau Center of Excellence operating model
• Support the identification and development of local business champions to self-serve reporting needs
• Provide ongoing training to peers and user community through Lunch-n-learn’s, roadmap sessions, etc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 7+ years relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in forecasting, analytics, finance, or consulting is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ETL tools and technologies
• Minimum 5 years of Tableau developer experience building data visualizations and report design
