EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Taking over responsibility as a business consultant
Detailed planning of process implementation
Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
Support process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP)
Develop quality of process models
Demonstrating profound knowledge of modelling standards and tools
Building knowledge in features and configuration of Successfactors Modules
HR domain knowledge related to the products for process discussions with HR leaders
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Functional Experience
Understanding of Human Resource (HR) processes.
Awareness of Innovations areas in HR
Has performed one project/ feasibility study in HR domain (desirable)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
University degree or equivalent work experience
Local language: Fluent.
English: Fluent/ Working Level.
Knowledge of additional language will be preferred.
Formal certification and education qualification in HR domain will be additional advantage.
