The System and Software engineering team develops power control and energy management software for electric powertrain applications. As a member of the team, you will oversee the successful execution of the internal projects and ensure on time delivery of the software product releases and their compliance to Silicon Mobility's functional and safety requirements.The accomplishment of this mission implies the agile management of development projects in an iterative manner:
- Monitoring, analyzing, and tracking the progress of the development, integration, and testing tasks during a sprint.- Ensuring administrative follow-up of the project, taking care of tasks such as organizing meetings and reports.- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders- Providing regular project status updates to management
- Ensuring that projects are completed within budget, scope, schedule, quality and standards compliancy (A-SPICE, ISO 9001, ISO26262, ISO 21434).The position requires pro-active involvement with various internal teams (Engineering, Products, and Quality), Management, and external parties.- Master's degree in embedded software or system or mechatronics engineering
- PMP certification would be appreciated.TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years in project management in a similar domain.
- A minimum of 4 years in embedded software or system engineering would be appreciated.- Good experience of the automotive environment and constraints.
- Solid technical understanding of productsLANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Fluent in English
