We zijn op zoek naar een Quality Engineer (m/v/d) op onze locatie in Delft (Nederland), en wel zo snel mogelijk. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ondersteunen van de site in het onderhouden en ontwikkelen van procesconformiteit, proceskaarten en controleplannen. Stimuleren van product- en procesverbetering.
  
• Faciliteren van onderzoeken binnen de productieruimte om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen, inclusief het uitvoeren van een root-cause analyses, het afsluiten van RAILitems en ondersteuning verbeteringsprojecten.
  
• Monitoren van leveranciersprestaties en afwijkingen. Daarbij samenwerken met SQE/SDE om sluiting van afwijkingen te garanderen door middel van effectief CAPA management.
  
• Verantwoordelijkheid tonen m.b.t. klant klachten, onderzoeken leiden en onderhouden, het bijhouden van gegevens zorgt voor een snelle oplossing van klantproblemen. Stuur onderzoeken naar hun volledige conclusie met robuuste corrigerende maatregelen en onderhouden van klant feedback.
  
• Onderhouden en verbeteren van het QMS van de site via het interne kwaliteit audit programma en robuuste CAPA management.
  
• Goedkeuring van eerste bemonstering van nieuwe onderdelen bij leveranciers (PPAP/FAI). Ontwikkelen van inspectieplannen voor inkomende goederen. Coördinatie met inkoop in het geval van problemen.
  
• Actieve betrokkenheid bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten en de lancering ervan d.m.v. TRUN goedkeur en audits. Actieve houding als poortwachter op de site om zorg te dragen een robuuste lancering.
  
• Onderhouden en leiden van productcertificeringsaudits (FM, UL, CSA, GAR, PED, UKCA, ATEX en vergelijkbare product- en procesnormen).
  
• Het conventionele denken uitdagen om continue verbetering te stimuleren.
  

Vereisten:

• Diploma in engineering of aanverwante discipline.
  
• 3 jaar plus ervaring met kwaliteitsborging in een productieomgeving en / of.
  
• Kennis van kwaliteitsborgingsmethoden zoals statistische methodieken, 8D-rapport, Cp-Cpk, FPY, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5S en dergelijke.
  
• Bekendheid met customer PPM, COPQ scrap, garantie, yield en statistische controles.
  Vaardig in het onderhouden van kwaliteitsgerelateerde gegevens en documenten in bijbehorende databases zoals Team Guru, SFDC en BPP.
  
• In staat om corrigerende maatregelen en productiewaarschuwingen te implementeren.
  
• (Lean / Six Sigma) Green Belt / Black Belt certificering is een pre.
  
• Kennis van belangrijke QMS-standaarden (bijv. ISO 9001, 80079-34).
  
• Relevante ervaring binnen een vakgebied in een productieomgeving
  
• Zelfgemotiveerd, een proactieve houding, klantgericht, systeem en proces denkend met een vakvolwassen attitude.
  
• Aantoonbare geschiedenis in het bereiken van baanbrekende resultaten en resultaatgerichtheid.
  Vaardigheid in computerapplicaties zoals SAP en Microsoft.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie (Nederlands en Engels).

We Enable our Customers to Enhance the Safety, Sustainability, Resilience and Productivity of their People, Plants, and Assets. We are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) at our location in Delft (Netherlands) as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site in maintaining and developing process conformance, process maps, and control plans. Drive product and process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate investigations within the production area to resolve quality issues. This includes running root cause analysis, closing RAIL items, and supporting improvement projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and non-conformities. Work with Sourcing SQE/SDE to ensure effective closure through CAPA and supplier recovery.
• Take responsibility for customer complaints. Lead investigations and maintain record keeping ensuring swift resolution of customer issues. Drive investigations to their full conclusion with robust corrective actions and maintain customer feedback.
• Maintain and improve the Site's Quality Management System (QMS) through the internal quality audit program and robust CAPA.
• Approve initial sampling of new parts from suppliers (PPAP/FAI). Create inspection plans for incoming goods. Coordinate with Sourcing in the event of problems.
• Actively engage in new product development processes and launch through TRUN sign-off and audits. Be the gatekeeper on-site and ensure a robust launch.
  Maintain and lead Product Certifications audits (FM, UL, CSA, GAR, PED, UKCA, ATEX, and similar product and process standards).
• Challenge conventional thinking to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Active participation in quality and production meetings, following the TIER structure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methods including statistical methods, 8D report, Cp-Cpk, FPY, Ishikawa, Pareto, 5S, and similar techniques.
• Familiarity with customer PPM, COPQ scrap, warranty, yield, and statistical controls.
• Proficient in maintaining quality-related data and documents in associated databases such as Team Guru, SFDC, and BPP.
• Ability to implement corrective actions and manufacturing alerts.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001 and 80079-34.
• Relevant experience within a specific field in a manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to think systemically.
• Demonstrated history of achieving breakthrough results and being result-oriented.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as SAP and Microsoft.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
