As a purchasing agent for the organization, the buyer will research, evaluate, and buy products & services to meet our daily operational needs.
What your job will look like:
specialist in global indirect procurement in the field of Facilities, Infrastructures, maintenance, technical equipment related to building, electrical equipment, electro mechanical systems and operational services
Develop worldwide and local sources and monitoring suppliers' performance.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and requirements
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Conduct agreements and negotiation with sub-contractors to optimize cost reduction and commercial terms
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality delivery of goods and services
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
Global purchasing focal point: manage purchases end to end. From issue to delivery & payment
Day to day vendor management
All you need is:
At least 5 years of experience in global indirect procurement role – mandatory
At least 3 years of experience at international companies – an advantage
Fluent English – Speaking, writing, and reading.
Experience with complex negotiations and Agreements management
Data analysis skills & Multitask in a fast-paced environment
Handle all activities with confidentiality, initiative, and independence
Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions
Excellent organizational skills. Ability to balance immediate/long term priorities
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and high volume transaction
Excellent communication skills, service and business orientation
Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Experience in ERP Systems and Office (MS excel, PowerPoint…)
