A Supply chain Analyst at EY:

• Good understanding of the supply chain process -> Provide end-to-end supply chain analysis from procurement, planning, warehousing, transportation, customer service to the final delivery.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on supply chain processes and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply operational research methods for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop data visualization and dashboard for supply chain operations management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and align on supply chain strategy and execution.
• Support new product introduction, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
• Carry out variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Your key responsibilities

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience of managing teams on Projects focusing on Supply chain, Data Science and Communicating results to clients
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in developing and implementing Operation research model like MIP, Meta Heuristic, & Machine Learning Models- experience of deployment in Azure is preferred
• Conceptually Strong in areas of Linear and Non-Linear Regression, Statistics, Time Series Forecasting, Linear and Non-Linear Optimization
• Experience in working with Natural Language Processing Techniques
• Minimum of 4-6 years of programming in Python, Operation Research
• Minimum of 3 years experience MS-SQL
• Familiar with PowerBI
• Familiar with PostGreSQL
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and principles of product development such as installation, upgrade and namespace management
• Willingness to mentor team members
• Solid thoughtfulness, technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to travel extensively and to work on client sites / practice office locations
