In this role, he / she would be responsible for delivering analytics projects which would leverage the combination of Machine Learning + Advanced business analysis.
You would be responsible for developing machine learning models at scale and driving meaningful conversations with the market leaders to see data to action.
In this role, you will…
- Partner with the Market leaders and marketing teams to develop & formulate key hypothesis for the business problem to be solved.
- Extract, cleanse and manage the data repositories to drive insights building at scale.
- Develop machine learning models at scale to enable forecasting of volume, customer propensity to upgrade/ Churn.
- Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards that enable seamless consumption of the insights by the business.
- Research and adopt different ML algorithms or tools to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of digital programs and campaigns.
- Provide Adhoc analytics support in terms of business drivers for Key business leaders and drive actionable recommendations.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics/science/ information technology and/or equivalent experience; Masters’ degree/equivalent in business or analytical field preferred
- 7+ years of Hands-on experience in developing ML models catering to Finance/Marketing functions, ideally already in a managerial role.
- Working Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools R/ Python is required.
- Experience with Web and App analytics platforms strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting Finance & marketing strongly preferred.
- Strong skills developing and presenting analysis and recommendations in Power Point are required.
- Strong database query (SQL)/Hive QL and MS Excel modelling skills are required (Ability to model out data first in excel is usually recommended when developing new models)
- Strong skills in building scalable reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI, or Tableau preferred.
