Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell UOP. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

• Meeting budgeted hours, planned schedule, and agreed-upon level of quality on assigned project work
• Communicating with the project manager on required changes to budget, schedule, or quality level on assigned project work
• Communicating with the project manager on progress on assigned project work
• Project engineering, management and customer interface of control system projects
• Manage projects from start to finish, including orientation meetings, installation drawings, bill of materials, control panel layout and wiring diagrams, system fabrication, acceptance testing, and operating manual creation.
• Participate in discussion between Modular and Customer when requested by Project Manager.
• Checking the work of others for technical accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and procedures
• Communicating keydecisions made on projects to others

• Bachelor’s Degree in of Science degree or Engineering Degree, preferably EE or Chemical Engineering, and 8-10 years experience equivalent work experience required.
• Multi-tasking abilities to maintain contributions on schedule for several projects simultaneously
• Ability to communicate well with suppliers in both written and verbally
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to travel 10% globally on an annual basis

• 12 + years experience is preferred
• Process Control background is desired
• Good organization skills
• Good communication skills
• Good problem solving skills are necessary
