In this role you will be:
- Managing medical product quality related Product Holds from initiation to completion on behalf of the originating Business Units or Factory ensuring deadlines and metrics are achieved
- Programing compliant containment and product dispositioning in line with global product hold processes
- Supporting Business Partners to deliver improvement with the product hold process to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Resolving roadblocks affecting the success of the product hold process, working with all parties to mitigate the impact on customers and patients in a compliant manner
- Working with Warehouse and Regional stakeholders to ensure all parties are clear on process steps and have the clear understanding of their requirements
- Leading root cause investigations as required when performance drops below expected performance targets
You're the right fit if:
- You have previous relevant experience in quality, supply chain, quality and/or order management processes, working with SAP to control product
- You have a desire to continuously improve processes and efficiency to achieve world class standards
- You have a drive to ensure compliance across all aspects of a process, always ensuring each aspect is executed correctly, never settling for good enough
- You have evidence of excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and within the service providers
- You have good working knowledge of MS office applications with expert level for MS EXCEL and SAP
- You have fluent level of English (verbal and written)
- You have the knowledge of ISO ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (nice to have)
