Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Experience working in the Enterprise/Sales business and as a management consultant, working with external clients.
Experience leading and managing labor relations and discussing agreements with Works Councils.
Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to engage with key stakeholders such as senior leadership and local Workers Council as well as addressing German labor law specific issues.
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership surrounding new ideas and strategies.
Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.
