Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Budgeting, financial tracking, and forecasting capability

Experience with stakeholder management, especially C-level interactions

Knowledge of risk and change management frameworks

Understanding of industry-specific processes (IT, Consulting, Finance, Engineering, etc.)

Experience in managing compliance and audit readiness for projects (where applicable)

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred

PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master / SAFe certification (at least one is mandatory)

10+ years of overall experience in project management or delivery roles

At least 4–5 years leading large and complex projects or programs

Demonstrated track record of successful client/project delivery and stakeholder management

Experience working in a matrix organization or global delivery model is a plus
