The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and interact seamlessly and with a professional attitude with the regional Senior Management team. To perform this job successfully, the individual is expected to handle also sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion. The role requires you to work with the regional sales leadership team on handling office-management duties, making travel arrangements, handling calendar events, organizing reports and documents, setting up meetings and interna/external sales events and more similar duties.

Sales Assistant intern responsibilities:

· Manage scheduling for company leadership team.

· Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.

· Analyse priorities and give support when needed.

· Coordinate travel arrangements.

· Develop an understanding of our various activities and initiatives.

· Analyse market intelligence data and create reports.

You will need to:

· Work with regional sales leadership team.

· Work with cross functional team.

· Work with internal / external agencies.

Must haves:

· You are a student of bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Related fields

· Communicative knowledge of German C2 and English B1-B2

· Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

· Previous experience in sales preferred but not required.
