This is a hybrid position based in our Bangalore office. What you'll be doing - Lead the global Workday Financials implementation project, facilitating the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop, control, and communicate the project plan, timeline, and milestones, and define and document project tasks, issues, and risks.
- Monitor milestones and deliverables to identify issues early, develop workarounds, and communicate/escalate to leadership as applicable.
- Deeply involve in Workday Finance module implementation Unity including hands-on system testing with business users and developing procedures, manuals, and documentation based on gathered requirements.
- Administer the scrum board to ensure cards are up to date, the backlog is robust, goals are clear, proactively eliminate blockers, manage roadblocks, and participate in change management and go-live support processes.

- Experiencing in leading and full scale ERP implementation experience, technical project management experience, preferably in Oracle or Workday Financial Implementation, with proficiency in managing complex ERP Financial systems and all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle.
- Certified (PMI, Scrum Alliance, or similar) in Program Management, Project Management, or Scrum Master competencies, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and process and change management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership, strong communication, and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple projects and tasks, work effectively across remote locations and time zones, and proficient in Agile Project Management tools like Jira and document sharing tools like Confluence.
You might also have - Proficiency in multiple business processes, including P2P, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, and Cash Management.
- Certification as a Workday Pro or Workday Financials Implementer in at least one area (Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Adaptive Planning), with Workday Financials Reporting experience as a plus.
- Experience implementing other leading cloud-based SaaS financial applications, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Oracle Cloud ERP, and SAP.
