Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience working in marketing strategy, finance, strategy consulting, or banking.
Experience in developing data-driven business models for assessing projects and impact.
Experience working cross-functionally to design and launch programs.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing incentives, promotions, or loyalty programs.
Experience with data extraction and manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Google Sheets, etc.), with excellent project management, relationship management, and change management skills.
Knowledge of Google’s products and how incentives can drive growth.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop communications and documentations for different audiences including technical and business stakeholders, as well as leadership.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and growth marketing skills.
