- Travel to allocated dealer and diagnose customer vehicle issues and repair customer vehicle. The customer vehicle concerns may be related to engine, transmission, electrical systems, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), etc.
- Perform removal and refitment of vehicle engines and transmission replacements as per standard Labour time Schedule (SLTS).
- Overhaul engines, transmissions, and transfer cases.
- Execute comprehensive suspension, Brakes overhauling to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Utilize Ford’s diagnostic tools which FDRS and IDS effectively to aid in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure all services and procedures comply with standard safety and quality protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on diagnostic findings, repairs, and services performed, maintaining clear records for each vehicle.
