Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

General IDT Compliance and advisory works and drafting/ vetting of the various documents .
Advising on IDT law based legal and compliance issues relating to requirements
Work as a team in IDT .
Work as a team on IDT due diligences and handle due diligence exercise.
Review of transaction documents and tax compliance data as well as filings
Working knowledge of GST law especially compliance and track developments in GST law.

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

· A graduate and/or post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM

GST compliance tool and MS Tool experiance
