- Ability to identify new initiatives by evaluating business needs and proposing strategies or solutions.
- Ability to anticipate, assess, and manage risk by identifying or developing strategies and mitigation plans.
- Ability to discern when change is appropriate and to drive change across the organization.
- Strong process design skills.
