As an Advanced Test Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible forconducting comprehensive testing to ensure the quality and reliability of oursoftware products. Your expertise in testing methodologies and tools will becrucial in identifying and addressing potential issues, ensuring a seamlessuser experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to definetest plans, execute test cases, and provide valuable insights for productimprovement. You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you'll work out ofour Mexico City, Mexico location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge software productsthat are used across industries worldwide. Your contributions will play acritical role in ensuring the quality and usability of our software solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with cross-functionalteams to define comprehensive test plans and acceptance criteria
• Execute test cases and analyze testresults to identify and report software defects
• Utilize advanced testingmethodologies and tools to ensure the quality and reliability of softwareproducts
• Provide valuable insights andrecommendations for product improvement based on testing results
• Collaborate with development teams toensure timely resolution of identified issues
• Stay updated with industry trends andemerging technologies in testing to enhance testing methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree from an accreditedinstitution in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing and Automation.
• Experience testing with Java
• Strong knowledge of testing bestpractices and industry standards
• Experience in executing test casesand analyzing test results
• Advanced English

• Master's degree in Computer Science,Software Engineering, or a related field
• Selenium is an advantage
• Experience with automated testingframeworks
• Knowledge of Agile developmentmethodologies
• Strong communication andcollaboration skills
• Passion for innovation and continuouslearning
