EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do many of the following:

• Investigate, analyze complex problems; and independently resolve complex content related issues for S/4 HANA customers deployed via CBC within your area of expertise and outside.
• Managing internal and external escalations incl. customer communication
• Drive and orchestrate incident resolution by building and leveraging your network of involved stakeholders and experts (e.g., LoB, Industry, etc.).

• Providing timely and ongoing regular updates and solutions to SAP management and customers according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Temporarily safeguard customers in critical/escalated situations and build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Think independently, act pro-actively and take responsibility by applying effective problem-solving skills, your special focus area knowledge, and your network of experts.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields with above average results
• Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in either consulting, development or support role preferably in a broader context of Business Content (SAP Best Practices)
• Strong professional knowledge of ABAP, ABAP Object Oriented
• Strong experience of Scrum and Lean Development methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6 years relevant work experience
• Experience with working in international teams and/or customers required
• Experience in project or development management is required
