And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.What you will do: As a TPM on the Storage Hardware Engineering team you will be responsible for leading multiple simultaneous storage product development programs in a highly cross-functional environment which includes internal customers and hardware/software development teams, external vendors and technology partners. You’ll provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale storage and server deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience at a world-class cost point. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and you’ll work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas. You’ll have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with, and you’ll be constantly looking for ways to improve your product’s performance, quality and cost. •You manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating systems that are no longer needed.
•You successfully manage all stages (from concept to delivery).
•You understand the architecture of the systems you work with (e.g., workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, design limitations, and maintenance requirements). You influence team technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
•You communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs. You foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). You partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
•Your program management practices set a great example to others. You routinely and efficiently deliver the right things. You define clear goals and objectives. You drive crisp decisions in your program area about what projects move forward and in what priority order. You proactively identify risks and bring them to the attention of your team and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks.

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years in leading complex product design (including hardware and software) from concept into Production

- 10+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experienced in storage server design and managing fleet operations for large infrastructure through dashboards and metrics.
- 3+ years experience in product development working with third party vendors (CM/OEM/ODM)
- A strong track record of executing in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Highly experienced with data-driven decision making
- Confident leader who can prioritize, analyze trade-offs and communicate clearly and effectively internally and externally, across organization boundaries. Able to independently influence and resolve conflicts with others
