Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with APT leadership on diverse projects, including project tracking, process flows, leading focus groups, and training programs, while communicating status and escalating issues as needed.
  • Contribute to the implementation of project management best practices, standards, and procedures, including developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on coverage capacity reviews and detailed tracking of headcount positions and requisitions.
  • Analyze BSMT data, identify data hygiene issues, define data cleansing action items for APM managers, and monitor accurate execution of data corrections.
  • Assist with various People Agenda programs, coordinate BSM monthly and quarterly Recognition Programs, and new hire training.
  • Partner with the US Project Management lead to aggregate business data from multiple sources and develop effective business update materials, scorecard reviews, and presentations.
  • Assist with data analysis and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Execute innovative opportunities and track progress.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal meetings and off-sites, such as All Hands team meetings.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of project and/or operational experience
  • Proven track record in successful business management and/or project management.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand business systems data and relate it to business operations and strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into concise and meaningful business stories.
  • Comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Strong presentation skills and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint PitchPro).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
  • Self-starter, highly organized, with effective prioritization and problem-solving skills, able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Fosters collaboration, recognizes accomplishments, and effectively participates in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable leading initiatives or supporting the broader team.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in a large financial services firm is highly preferred.
