About the Role

As a Strategy Lead you will lead an evolving portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects, often with APAC-wide scope and across business lines. The types of projects that you could expect to be involved in includes:

  1. Strategy definition and execution for APAC COE
  2. Customer experience related programmes e.g. differentiated support, customer journeys etc.
  3. Efficiency & Optimisation topics e.g. footprint strategy, COE efficiencies...
  4. Transformational change programmes
  5. Regional execution of global priorities

You will have end-to-end responsibility from scoping to final delivery, delving deep into data and managing a broad network of stakeholders in the process. You will also dive into the details of the end-to-end customer journey and embrace the scale and complexity of our operations. Given the highly strategic focus of your portfolio and the ambiguity of the problems at hand, you will often act as a thought partner to senior leaders in the organisation.

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

  2. Strong stakeholder intuition and communication skills: You have a strong ability to work with stakeholders from multi-cultural environments, persuading them with trust and credibility. You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Structured, analytical thinking and problem solving skills: You are able to quantify business problems in a data-driven way, define intervention plans, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
  4. Passion for continuous improvement: We constantly welcome change, improving processes to raise standards. You must be always on your toes - finding the next opportunity to improve the way things were, and highly driven to make the change yourself.
  5. Attention to detail: Getting to the root cause of issues and understanding in granular detail the requirements, solution design, defects and levers to influence the metrics.

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Minimum 8+ years of project and/or program management experience
  2. Experience in tech companies and/or strategy consulting firms
  3. Exposure to global and multicultural environments
  4. Strong analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits
  5. Outstanding communication skills. Including public speaking and ability to present effectively in front of peers and senior leadership
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and proven success in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Certification in process improvement or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
  8. Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to work in a matrix environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
