WHAT YOU'LL DO
The SAP Experience Garage team is hiring a working student to assist with the following tasks and special projects:
- Challenge creation and review: Setting-up challenges on our SAP Experience Garage Platform focus on solving specific business-related problems within SAP. Conduct thorough reviews of created challenges and provide feedback to improve future innovation initiatives.
- Challenge advertisement: Formulate engaging posts for our Teams channel and plan promotional activities. Promote challenges across various communication channels to maximize participation and engagement.
- Accelerator Program support: Prepare and schedule sessions, create PowerPoint and materials, and support participating teams throughout the program.
- Event Assistance and Preparation: Assist with the organization, coordination, and execution of virtual and/or in-person internal and external events such as Hackathons and Innovation sessions. Prepare for and present in virtual or in-person events, draft and review presentations, marketing material, and communications.
- Project Management: Manage small and medium projects, support day-to-day operations and administration.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Educational Background:
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred majors: Innovation management, business administration and computer science but not limited to the above.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in workshop execution, public speaking and moderation, Community management, event planning, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience in creating engaging content.
- Interest in Innovation, Trends and New Technologies, Design Thinking & Agile Methodologies.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
- Software Skills:
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experience, particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience with Teams and SharePoint is a plus.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with software tools and products.
LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Language Proficiency:
- Fully professional in English and at least B1/B2 level in German.
- Strong communication and networking skills, both written and verbal.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Location & Flexibility:
- Our team is located in Walldorf, where we host regional events.
- Flexibility to work with a global team in various time zones.
- Availability to work 3-4 days / 20 hours a week for at least 6 months.
- Required to come to the Walldorf office at least 3-4 times a month.
- Relocation is not possible/provided.
