Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HR system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers
Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Coordinate employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
Assist payroll in a timely and accurate manner, including calculating and processing salary changes, bonuses, and other compensation adjustments
Manage compliance with applicable labor laws, including ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting,
Provide support for visa and relocation processes, including assisting with paperwork, coordinating with immigration attorneys, and managing employee communication
Maintain a high level of customer service to internal clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience),
2+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on data management, benefit administration, payroll administration, compliance, visa and relocation
Proficiency in Workday is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in the German language is an added advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
