You will:
- Define and implement targets and action plans for communication via our retail partners, including a detailed timeline and strategic approach.
- Be responsible for and coordinate all in-store and digital marketing initiatives within the designated channel.
- Ensure best online visibility and user experience on retailer websites by presenting products and campaigns compellingly and providing relevant content to the retailers to drive conversion.
- Event planning and coordination, collaborating with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Event evaluation and follow up with internal presentations to internal customers.
- Experience managing/ leading teams.
- Partner with the rest of the Marketing and Sales team to set goals and develop activation plans, designing and implementing strategies to enhance Sony's sales with assigned business partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams in both UK and Sony Europe to implement and ensure compliance with product communication strategies for achieving desired outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external collaborators and achieve targets consistently.
- Follow up on results, create engaging presentations and report internally to invested audiences.
You will bring:
- Experience in Channel Marketing within the retail sector, including Digital Marketing
- Excellent project manager and coordination skills with a structured approach
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and driven by facts and figures
- A commercially driven mentality, self-motivated, with honed negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other relevant information systems
- A proactive attitude that drives results

Based at the Weybridge office, you will enjoy a vibrant and friendly working environment. We have an onsite canteen with a wide range of options available, and a barista style coffee shop.
