Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing system overall stability tests on Apple products. You will be hands-on, relying upon diagnostics, analytics, lab/field experimentations to exploit the opportunities for improvement. You will work with platform architecture, standardization, firmware/protocol development, system test & carrier engineering teams to drive improvement proposals and baseband optimizations.
Key Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with testing cellular technologies such as 5G NR FR1 and mmW, LTE, IMS etc.
  • Deep understanding of Cellular Protocol stack, SQA methodologies & practices
  • Experience in developing test strategies, test plans and executing it with automation or manual testing is critical
  • Automation experience and knowledge of modern scripting or compiled languages (Python, Obj-C, Swift)
  • Outstanding communication skills vital to collaborate with multi-functional teams
  • An analytical, methodical, and creative problem solver committed to driving quality forward
Education & Experience
Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical engineering, or equivalent.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
