Main responsibilities:

• Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities
• Creates demand for the organization's products by raising their profile with institutional customers (pharmacies, pharmacy chains, hospital pharmacies, tender sales, wholesaler sales)
• Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
• May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.

• University degree - medical backgound, business, business management, finance or economics is considered an advantage
• Desired experience within the key account area of minimum of 10 years
• Experience in Pharmaceutical business is an advantage
• Institutional Sales and Key Account Management experience is an advantage
• Serbian and English fluent in writing and speech
• Strong sales and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of P/L and general business management
• Customer focused approach
• Results-oriented mindset (agile, flexible, intend to make a difference)
