Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of work in the nuclear sector in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Demonstrated Market Research, Information Analysis, and Technology Comprehension
- Master’s degree in Business Administration
- Doctorate degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Strong understanding of nuclear production, storage, and distribution technologies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technical strategies in the energy sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work location:
- H ybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to St. Paul or customer locations at least once per month)
