• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex systems
• Hands-on experience with camera systems and Linux OS (preferred)
• Knowledge of Object-Orientated Programming (OOIP)
• Experience managing High-Impact Events (HIE) in an industrial setting

• Develop and implement commissioning SOPs for new installations
• Manage High-Impact Events (HIE) to ensure minimal operational disruption
• Train RME Automation Engineers and Senior Technicians
• Drive continuous improvement
• Contribute to engineering reviews, impacting solutions for systems and architecture
• Analyze system performance and provide process optimization recommendations to Development Controls Engineers
• Lead a team of commissioning engineers (initially yellow badge)About the team• Standardised, integrator-agnostic control systems for all AMZL automation, reducing the requirement to develop and maintain bespoke solutions for each piece of automation.
• Control of development, deployment, fault finding and future upgrades, removing dependency on vendors.
• Generation of data and metrics to drive future improvements, removing dependency on vendors and ensuring comprehensive data collection.Career Growth:

-Bachelor's degree in a related STEM field
-Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
-Experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering

-Master's degree in a related STEM field
