Create, maintain, and update SOPs and PMs on regular basis to ensure latest accurate versions are always available
Driving process improvements/updates as needed initiated either by own findings or triggered by customers/HRS colleagues including outcomes of CI process; this includes driving process improvement both within HRS team as well as with other stakeholders like HR, Staffing etc.
Support on Standardization / Automation of HRS processes across region
Coordinates and is involved in Global and regional projects that lead to process improvements and standardizations
Responsible for operational cases in SalesForce (Define by TL & clear % of cases to be handled on a monthly basis)
Point of contact for HRS specialists, back up for larger range of activities and for escalation regarding basic cases
Develop good network with internal/ external groups on operations management
Perform audit checks
Use knowledge of Six Sigma. Utilizing the excel based on HR data; evaluate alternatives and drive recommendation process
YOU MUST HAVE
University degree
Experience on similar position at least 2 years
HR Experience preferably payroll, HR administration and Time & Attendance
Experience with data analysis 2 years or more
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
Fluent in English and local required language
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007)
