Regional Growth Strategy
- Own and deliver the overall P&L and annual operating plan for ASEAN
 - Set and execute the regional Go-to-Market strategy across all customer segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB) and industries.
 - Drive rigorous sales execution rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline management, strategic account planning, and large-deal governance.
 - Oversee regional expansion strategies, emerging market entry, and investments in long-term growth levers such as digital hubs and industry solutions.
 
Customer & Ecosystem Success
- Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic accounts across ASEAN, nurturing trusted advisor relationships with key CXOs and government leaders.
 - Champion customer transformation journeys and ensure long-term value realisation.
 - Drive cross-cloud solution adoption in collaboration with product and industry teams.
 - Scale the Salesforce partner and developer ecosystem to support local innovation, delivery, and co-sell motions.
 
People & Culture Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse leadership team across multiple countries, cultivating future talent and succession readiness.
 - Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability that reflects Salesforce’s core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, Equality, and Sustainability.
 - Act as a key member of the ASEAN People Leadership Forum, influencing regional talent strategies and culture initiatives.
 
Brand & Market Leadership
- Act as the executive ambassador for Salesforce in ASEAN, shaping market perception, influencing policy-level discussions, and driving brand presence across key industry forums, media, and thought leadership platforms.
 - Represent Salesforce at high-profile events including World Tours, Basecamps, C-level roundtables, and strategic public-private initiatives.
 - Partner closely with marketing and communications teams to ensure external visibility aligns with regional and global objectives.
 
Ideal Candidate
- Senior executive experience leading large-scale, complex sales, customer success and Ecosystem organization across multiple countries in the ASEAN region.
 - Demonstrated success in building and scaling regional operations for enterprise software or SaaS businesses in the region
 - At least 5-10 years of a proven track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals across diverse customer segments and industry verticals in a similar position
 - Strong customer relationships across most ASEAN countries, ability to open doors for the sales teams based on respect credibility and execution in past engagements
 - Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and operational excellence.
 - Deep experience in consultative enterprise selling and C-suite engagement.
 - Ability to influence across matrix global organisation and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and partner ecosystems.
 - Recognised as a leader who develops high-caliber talent, builds inclusive teams, and creates cultures of performance and purpose.
 - Executive presence with outstanding communication, negotiation, andrelationship-buildingskills.
