Core Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive E2E Business Capability Roadmaps.
- Identify business improvement opportunities with business case planning.
- Co-create and incrementally develop business capabilities.
- Drive productivity and growth in alignment with business cases.
- Lead Subject Matter Expert networks for co-creation and change management.
- Maintain CoP in archetypes for business capability excellence.
- Ensure accurate business capability performance reporting and adoption.
- Develop competence assessments and submit Change Requests (CR) to the PH Change Control Board (CCB).
