Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Experience in hunting, acquisition, and a start-up environment.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently achieve quotas to drive growth.
Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans, with excellent problem-solving skills.
