5 years of experience in a Go-to-Market organization either in Sales, Business Development or Pre-Sales.
5 years of experience organizing training programs or creating training content.
2 years of experience in people management and managing teams.
2 years of experience working with leadership and stakeholders across organizational units and geographies.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as the stakeholders' communication will be conducted in those languages.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with cloud role profiles such as Field Sales, Pre-Sales or Business Development.
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and culturally diverse teams across JAPAC.
Experience in coaching and leading, with the ability to train others.
Knowledge of Google Cloud or other cloud platforms.
Ability to build, manage and execute large-scale programs in a cross-functional and complex environment, and influence at executive levels without direct authority.
Ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization.
