As a member of theteam you will ensure accurate transfer pricing technical advice for EY clients, as part of the TAX Service Line.

Your key responsibilities

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, complex economic searches, transfer pricing planning analyses, applications for Advance Pricing Agreements
• Draft transfer pricing technical advice, report/opinion outlining the technical issues, proposed solutions/next steps and implementation
• Review global/regional/local transfer pricing documentation
• Assist in all other aspects of transfer pricing projects such as transfer pricing controversy assistance
• Participate in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess clients’ transfer pricing matters

Skills and attributes for success

• Knowledge of English at an advanced level
• Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

To qualify for the role you must have

• A University or master’s degreewith a specialization inEconomics or Law

• At least 3 years of transfer pricing experience
• Deep understanding and knowledge of transfer pricing concepts according to the OECD guidelines and Romanian transfer pricing legislation

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of Amadeus database, knowledge of Loan Connector/Bloomberg database is a plus
• Project management knowledge – how to prioritize and ensure a timely completion of high-quality work, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks
