Role Overview

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and delivering exceptional customer success through strategic use of Salesforce technologies. You will serve as a trusted technology and transformation advisor to some of the largest and most complex enterprise customers in the region.

role requires athought leaderwith deep curiosity for technology and broad industry expertise—someone who can look beyond the Salesforce platform and connect deeply with each client’s environment and strategic goals.

Apply and advocate for best practices inEnterprise Architecture, Design Thinking, Value Assessment, Delivery Governance, Change ManagementApplication Lifecycle Management
Shape and influencedigital roadmaps and transformation programsby bringing in industry-leading innovations and technology trends.Contribute to broader organizational goals by building strong relationships with both internal and external partners.

Proven experience delivering(especially those involving stakeholder lifecycle management) within major software domains (e.g., CRM, Data, AI).Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
Strong skills in content creation, facilitation, and executive-level presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Architectural experience across a broad range of technologies includingCRM, Data, AI, IntegrationMiddleware
Background inenterprise consultingand experience leading complex technology implementations.
Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships withC-level stakeholdersDeep industry knowledge in one or more of the following:Financial Services, Telecommunications, Public Sector, Travel & Hospitality, Retail, etc.
