- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing security operations.
- Experience working with vendors.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing security operations for medium to large scale internal and public events.
- Experience conducting investigations including criminal, human resources, and safety incidents.
- Experience with security technologies including CCTV, Access Control, and Incident Management Systems.
- Experience working with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information, and excellent acumen, discretion, and diplomacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
