As an Associate on the Transformation Team withing CDAO, you will be responsible for supporting successful execution and completion of projects.


Job Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination : Assisting in the coordination of project activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Documentation : Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
  • Communication: Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Scheduling : Helping to develop and manage project schedules, including setting deadlines and tracking progress.
  • Risk Management : Identifying potential risks and issues, and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Support : Providing administrative support to the project management team, including organizing meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Problem Solving : Assisting in resolving project-related issues and challenges as they arise.

  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring that project activities are completed on time and within scope.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey project information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and information to support decision-making and problem-solving within projects.
  • Attention to Detail : Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in project documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience within a data and/or analytics organization, or specific strategy project experience in the field of data and/or analytics
  • Experience and technical knowledge of data management and governance, big data platforms, or data architecture preferred
