Roles and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, leading the account community and coordinating deals and long-term strategies that support mutual goals. Drive initiatives that increase market share, boost revenue, and enhance profitability.

  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively address them to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand holistic hospital environment and customer segmentation to enable effective overall customer relationship.

  • Develop and execute customer strategies, leading transactions and crafting compelling value propositions that fully leverage GE HealthCare’s capabilities to meet customer needs effectively

  • Drive market share growth, increase revenue, and strengthen the GE HealthCare brand within selected accounts/territories and projects.

Sales Forecasting and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

  • Define and review annual account plans and ensure a disciplined execution against these plans.

  • Create and follow up on new customer leads (including procurement and hospital management.)

  • Utilize tools and software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and maintain up-to-date records. Deployment of relevant tools. For example, use Salesforce to support and enable successful commercial activity.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience and/or education in healthcare sector

  • Project management with analytical skills and critical thinking

  • Excellent communication, commercial, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade clients.

  • Capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team collaborating in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

  • Ability to integrate insights across technology and clinical applications, with a keen understanding of industry trends and market demands

  • Capacity to build strong trustful relations with C Suites at all levels within the organization
