In this role, you’re expected to:

Responsibilities:


• Formulate and drive technology budget planning process
• Represent Controllers in finance-wide discussions and ensure Controllers compliance to the overall Finance target
• Review and monitor key performance indicators across the organization
• Execute/coordinate/enhance risk monitoring of technology investments
• Partner with various teams to ensure compliance on overall target and to identify opportunities to accommodate incremental investments
• Execute/support various ad hoc efforts to increase budget efficiency
• Prepare reports, briefings, and executive level presentations on strategic initiatives, projects, and priorities.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


• Bachelor’s/University degree
• 5-8 years of experience in a program management planning role with data/technology experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology, including Profit & Loss (P&L), accruals, client allocations, capitalization
• Proven ability to conduct research with excellent analytical skills and able to deliver insight and conclusions in a concise and logical manner to seniors
• Detail orientated with clear/logical approach to problem-solving
• Strong project management and excellent organizational skills
• Proactive and ability to work independently or as a team player, with the ability to develop strong relationships with numerous partners
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure in a demanding environment, proactive and goal oriented.
• Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
• Strong written and oral communication skills and confidence to collaborate with managers at all organizational levels. Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated with ability to maintain a controlled environment
