Procurement Buyer II

Wehave an opportunity for a to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest, Romania. Tobe successful in this role, you will have some years ofprocurement/logistic/supply planner experience, speak fluent English and haveat least 1 year of experience with SAP. .

Key responsibilities:

• Purchasing execution - Tactical creation of purchase orders based on planner’s demand forecast and requisitions.
• Conducts negotiations of purchase value and terms on spot buys, site unique suppliers and/or commodities not currently covered under existing agreements.
• Acts as liaison between factory operations, suppliers, and sourcing organization.
• Works with the Regional Purchasing Manager to drive continuous improvement activities and best practices across the tactical team to achieve daily efficiency improvements and achieving ISC metrics.
• Prepares and Handle Negotiations with Suppliers

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience within procurement & buying
• Extensive experience using SAP, and Excel
• English – advanced
• Bachelor’s degree
