Essential Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and domestic teams, drawing on international best practices to implement commercial and distribution strategies effectively and efficiently

• Develop new business models to maximize profitability

• Plan and execute strategic partnership initiatives

• Revise and improve contractual agreements to support new distribution frameworks

• Analyze financial performance and manage accounts receivable of distributors

• Manage performance and delivery metrics for group hospitals

• Collect, analyze, and evaluate competitive intelligence

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Strong financial knowledge, including financial analysis and receivables management

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Proficient in English (business level: TOEIC 700+ )

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with various internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)

• High proficiency in Excel (for calculations) and PowerPoint (for presentations)

Desired Characteristics

• MBA degree

• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• Licensed pharmacist
