Role details:
- Can be based in Shenzhen/Hangzhou

- Experience in FMCG/consulting/retail/logistic industry is an added advantage The role highlights of this Sr. Account Manager involves: - Providing primary post-sales general and/or product support to third-party sellers. Key job responsibilities - Drive seller adoption and utilization of the SEND product, providing a comprehensive FBA inbound solution
- Optimize productivity and efficiency by following defined processes and leveraging the "Invent and Simplify" approach
- Conduct in-depth analysis on seller pain points, and advocate for product/process improvements as the "Voice of the Seller"
- 5+ years relevant experience
- With a proven track record in mega account management preferably in supply chain or sales/commercial roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools)
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Is a fast learner
- Can-do attitude
- 8+ years relevant experience
- FMCG/consulting/retail relevant experience
