You will be part of our multi-disciplinary AI/ML portfolio and manage a global team of TPMs responsible for delivering highly visible AI solutions across the company. You will work directly with tech experts across the organization, influencing AI strategy and driving cross functional integration.
As the technical product manager of AI/ML products you will be responsible for:
- Develop product roadmaps in a variety of domains, including Next Gen Solutions, Automation and BI considering factors such as business impact, strategic priority, technical and resource feasibility
- Examples of automation include tools for Model and Analytics automation.
- Examples of Next Gen Solutions include Next Gen ML Infra, Gen AI-based solutions, profiling assistants, Next Gen BI/Automation solutions, and more.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working directly with ML Scientists and Engineer teams to ensure successful implementations
- Work directly with tech experts across the organization, providing strategic guidance, serving as a trusted advisor of AI, and drive cross-functional integration
- Own executive communication strategy to senior leaders, key stakeholders, mass audience, presenting at forums and high-level meetings to drive alignment, awareness, and support for AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with and influence highly technical teams, such as platform and infrastructure, to bring the ML vision to life.
- Promote the adoption of capabilities and oversee the final delivery with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Navigate complex technical dependencies and partner with multiple engineering organizations to ensure data and system pipeline needs are met.
- Collaborate with industry thought leaders and strategic partners to co-innovate
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and approaches to leverage AI
- Define and measure key performance indicators to evaluate and understand product value.
What You Need to Bring:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in product management & AI/ML research or development positions with a proven track record in productionenvironments.
- Deep understanding of Automation and BI tools is required
- Experience working with data science and/or data science teams is required
- Good understanding of different ML infra such as including GenAI, Sequence & Graph Science, NLP & DocAI is a plus.
- Experience as a UXPM is a plus.
- Experience demonstrating technical and domain expertise working with teams, owning projects, defining, and setting technical direction for projects
- Experience working in a multi-culture and multi-location organizations

- Experience inspiring and mobilizing all levels of the organization with your product vision, data-centric thinking, and customer/developer passion
