As a Head of Marketing and Communications within JPMAM Switzerland, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our global and regional business objectives. You will collaborate closely with senior management and various business departments to enhance our brand reputation and support the execution of our business strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and shape the marketing and communications strategy for JPMAM Switzerland.
- Take full ownership of the marketing plan and activities in line with global and regional strategies.
- Create and manage relevant content across all local client communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning to support relationship managers effectively.
- Tailor content to the local audience and client segment needs.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent digital customer journey.
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns across off- and online channels.
- Design and execute effective in-person and virtual events for clients and prospects.
- Strengthen the brand and media coverage, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with Swiss and European marketing teams, client advisors, product specialists, and compliance.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- University degree or equivalent in finance with a specialization in marketing and/or communications.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a similar position within the B2B financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the financial industry and asset classes.
- Strong strategic thinker with a digital mindset.
- Driven, with a strong 'can-do' attitude and focus on driving results.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written German and English language skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience as a producer/reviewer of marketing content.
- French language skills
