Description:
▪ May be a designated Account Manager for multiple Tier 2 or Tier 3 clients in a region or market and escalated point for all CB names
▪ Performs data analysis to identify issues/trends/opportunities and by reaching out to ensure proper alignment of client needs to Bank solutions (SLAs)
▪ Acts as the first point of escalation for services issues; resolves client inquiries regardless of where generated to ensure high level of client satisfaction▪ Uses product knowledge to recommend and participate in product enhancements, including testing
▪ Adheres to and ensures client's compliance with Bank risk policies/practices and educates clients on risk/legal requirements
