As an intern, within Delivery in GES you will be responsible for supporting the project management team, to deliver their scope within budget and time.

• Chairing weekly meetings, cross-collaborate and seek alignment between stakeholders
• Tracking and following up on action items, (re)prioritize tasks and plan strategically
• Develop leadership, communication and project management skills needed to be successful in a fast-paced international environment.
• Providing a fresh perspective to the department by sharing your opinion.The described tasks form the basic package and will often be performed independently after a proper training and learning period, where you will be coached by assignment managers, mentors and a “buddy”. These tasks may be supplemented with other projects and/or tasks on your own initiative or at the request of the organization.

• A bachelor’s or master’s student in Engineering & Management (e.g. Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical, Industrial)
• Ideal candidate will have outstanding academic records of achievement and demonstrated leadership capabilities, are analytical and inquisitive about the interrelationships of various components, perceptive and quick learners
• Committed to making a difference in the pursuit of manufacturing high-quality market-leading pharmaceutical and vaccine products
.possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to work independently.
• Candidate must possess motivation, dependability, systems thinking and active listening
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Available for a period of 6 months for 5 days per week
