Minimum Qualifications
- Comfortable leading the performance of external third party logistics providers.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies with ability to support the different phases of a project.
- Analytical problem solver who is data driven, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs.
- Strong communication skills and be able to articulate complex business and technical situations to a variety of audiences.
- Solid negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and prioritise in order of impact
- Thrive working both independently and as part of a team, in a very fast paced collaborative environment
- Experience in delivering excellent results in a sophisticated supply chain
- Results-orientated, taking on additional responsibilities when required to meet the goal
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply chain experience is preferred but other relevant experience will also be considered
- Proven record of continuous improvement mindset
