Role and Responsibilities
- Sales Support Management:
- Main contact of CS Sales Support management to stakeholders.
- Execution to CS sales products: Service Package (B2C, B2B, SC+), Value-Added Services, Customer Retention Program (CRP) to Korean customers.
- CS Operations Overall Internal Co-ordination:
- Main Coordinator to HQ (Suwon) office for any support activities.
- Support VOC for Korean customers.
- Project management: execution to special projects assigned by CS Business Manager and Head of Department.
- Reporting Matrix:
- Report directly with CS Business Manager and Head of Department.

- Customer Service Operations
- Management:
- Service Package, Value-Added Services (VAS), CRP to Korean customers.
- Project management to: WEE project (Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment); ERP project (Extended Producer Responsibility)
- Internal co-ordination to HQ office.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor degree.
- Professional:
- Customer service orientation.
- Expertise of data analysis.
- Comprehensive report and presentation.
- Experience & Skills:
- Preferred experience in customer service business, process innovation.
- Good English and fair Vietnamese speaking and communication.
- Strong team work spirit, Strong Collaborative, Resourceful
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast moving environment.
