Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of consultative sales or technology related sales or account management experience, with experience in Financial Services industries (including Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets)
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years of value sales or technology-related sales or account management experience in one of the following solution areas: ERP, CRM, Low Code, Customer Service
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years of technology related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years of business value consulting sales or technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years of business value consulting sales or technology-related sales or account management experience
- 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
- 3+ years people management experience
- Leading, managing, and coaching sales teams to overperform against targets
- Demonstrated sales and sales management experience in Enterprise sales
- Deep understanding of:
- Business solutions, ERP, CRM & Customer Service (including Contact Center) and how they translate into business impact
- Business value selling methodologies, practices and technologies that drive sales prospecting and sales management in complex solution selling environments
(e.g. Design Thinking, Business Value Engineering, Challenger sales etc.) - Understanding and experience selling into Financial Services industry
- Commercial cloud offerings, ideally including Microsoft’s cloud platform as well as competitors and related ecosystems.
- The security, regulatory and compliance needs of global customers
